SELECTION PROCESS : Selection for Management Trainees will be based on Written Test. Group Task.’Discussion and Interview. Selection tor JM (F&A) and
JM (Systems) will be based on written test and interview. Selected candidates can be posted anywhere in India.

CAREER PATH :

The Management Trainees will be on probation ot one year during which they will be given intensive training. After successful completion of the training, they will be placed in E-l scale of pay as Junior Manager.
