Barry University: Stamps Scholars Program 1013 views

Barry University jointly with the Stamps Scholars program to award multi-year scholarships to help driven and talented student leaders advance their education and life goals. Stamps Scholars pursue their educational interests while developing their leadership skills with merit based financial aid including enrichment funds that can be used for study abroad, cultural exchanges, research projects and other educational experiences.

Scholarship value:

  • full tuition-fees (full merit scholarship)
  • room and board for 4 years
  • funds for study abroad/undergraduate research
  • award is renewable each year, based on GPA, leadership training, and community service requirements
  • $6,000 award for study abroad or other extraordinary learning experience

The Stamps Scholarship application process will begin on October 1st for those students planning to enroll in fall 2018.

Requirements:

  • To apply for the scholarship, applicant must first be accepted to Barry University.
  • Applicant must provide applications and required essay.
  • Applicant must have obtained minimum 3.5 high school GPA or an international equivalent
  • Applicant must demonstrate active involvement and leadership
  • Applicant must be student of Ist year freshman
  • Applicant may be a US citizen, US resident, or international student
