Biostatistics: Post-Doctoral Research Fellowship 1041 views

One Postdoctoral position is available in Biostatistics at the Institute of Clinical Medicine; University of Oslo.

Qualifications and Personal Skills:

  • Applicant must hold Doctorate in statistics, mathematics or related field which must be equivalent to a Norwegian doctoral degree.
  • Applicant must have already defended their PhD thesis prior to starting in this job.
  • Applicant must be highly motivated with an outstanding potential, with experience in applied biostatistics and statistical genetics.
  • Applicant must demonstrate experience in programming.
  • Applicant must be able to work efficiently as part of a team, but also to develop and take up independent ideas.
  • The successful fellows are expected to carry out novel research at the highest international level.
  • Applicant must have good presentation skills in English (written and oral).
