DTU Compute: Multiple PhD Scholarships; Engineering 1963 views

DTU Compute invites applications from highly talented young researchers who have achieved outstanding results during their Master’s (M.Sc.) studies and who have shown excellence and potential in their field of study. The starting date can be in the beginning of 2019.

There are fully-funded or partially-funded scholarships from DTU Compute. For partially-funded scholarships documentation for the remaining funding must be provided with the application.

Available Projects for Scholarships:

The subject of the PhD project must be within one of the main research areas of the department:

  1. Algorithms, Logic and Graphs
  2. Cognitive Systems
  3. Cyber Security
  4. Dynamical Systems
  5. Embedded Systems Engineering
  6. Image Analysis & Computer Graphics
  7. Section for Formal Methods – for safe and secure systems
  8. Mathematics
  9. Scientific Computing
  10. Software Engineering
  11. Statistics and Data Analysis

Qualifications:

  • Applicant must hold a M.Sc. degree in engineering or a similar degree with an academic level equivalent to a M.Sc. degree in engineering.
  • Applicant must have good command of the English language.

  • Short description of the proposed PhD project

  • Excel sheet with calculation of weighted grade average
  • Curriculum Vitae including list of publications
  • Short Curriculum Vitae with the list of publications from supervisor(s)
  • Commitment from company (if relevant)
