I am the Change Fellowship program 1682 views

I am the Change Fellowship is a Two year paid fellowship program for any Bachelor’s or master’s professionals who is below 40 years of age and with 0 to 20 years of job experience. During the fellowship, every fellow will be given a unique project in the educational sector which they need to complete within their fellowship period.

The idea behind the fellowship program is to motivate talented people in the country to dedicate 2 years for the country, for the needy ones.

Eligibility: Anyone with the below qualifications can apply for I am the Change fellowship:

  1. Applicant must be self-motivated and ready to work for the community for next 2 years.
  2. Applicant must have minimum 3 years full-time undergraduate Degree.
  3. Applicant must be below 40 years old.
  4. Applicant must be ready to work in Chennai for at least 2 years.

Selection process involves the following:

  1. Application
  2. Telephonic Interview
  3. Background verification
  4. Test involving SKILL assessment
  5. In Person Interview or SKYPE interview
  6. Final Selection

Skills required

  1. Good communication skills
  2. Team Player
  3. Leadership skills
  4. Efficient project management

Time Period

There are five batches of Fellowship in 2016:

  • May 2016 to April 2018
  • June 2016 to May 2018
  • July 2016 to June 2018
  • Aug 2016 to July 2018
  • Sep 2016 to Aug 2018

Stipend

  • Rs 15000/month

Time Commitment

  • 6 days a week
  • Regular Leave Policy applicable (Project demand applicable)
