Joel J. Kofsky Scholarship: Law 1292 views

The Law Offices of Joel J. Kofsky offers an undergraduate or a graduate education scholarship. The law office believes that a good education is a valuable investment for the future and that financial limitations should not be a barrier to achieving that goal.

Scholarship amount:

• $1500 scholarship, (beginning in the year 2018); aids in college or graduate school costs.

How to apply:

• Write and submit an essay between 500-1,000 words to scholarship@phillyinjurylawyer.com.
• The essay must address the following topic: US experiences millions of car accidents and other motor vehicle accidents every year, many resulting in serious injuries to the drivers and their passengers.
• Write an essay describing what safety precautions and traffic laws must be imposed and how you plan to educate the public on the importance of these precautions and laws.
• Essay must be written in a 12-point font, double spaced, and must be submitted in either as a MS Word or as a PDF file.
• Write a brief paragraph (in addition to the essay) describing the school program you are attending or are planning to attend.
• The scholarship is open to students pursuing all degrees or majors in any field.

• Last date of receiving applications is May 18, 2018.
• The body of the email must include: candidate’s name, address, phone number.
• Essays must be attached as MS Word or as a PDF documents.
• Essays should not exceed 500-1,000 word limits.
