Nanomaterials and energy generation Postdoctoral 2374 views

The proposed research aims to develop nano materials with perovskite structure to be used in energy generation, such as photovoltaic and piezoelectric. The perovskite materials will be synthesized as powders or films, and will be analyzed by structural and morphological characterization. In addition, the performance of the materials or devices will be evaluated aiming good properties to be used in the field proposed.

Requirments:

  • Knowledge in synthesis of nanomaterials (powders and films).
  • Experience in materials characterization techniques such as X-ray diffraction, atomic force microscopy (AFM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), piezoresponse force microscopy (PFM) as well as basic knowledge in optical and electrical characterization.

How to apply:

Interested applicants must send an e-mail to Profª. Maria Ap. Zaghete: zaghete@iq.unesp.br with the following documents:

  • Short CV containing academic degree, publications, and the documents showing expertise in the field;
  • Letter of interest for this position;
  • 2 (two) letter of recommendation.

Other information:

  • Period: 12 months with possibility of extension
  • CEPID Project: CENTER FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF FUNCTIONAL MATERIALS
  • Responsible Researcher: Profª. Maria Ap. Zaghete
  • Deadline for submissions: November 28, 2016
