NCMM: Postdoctoral Fellowship in Biophysical Chemistry 1345 views

Centre for Molecular Medicine Norway (NCMM) at University of Oslo (UiO) invites application for a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Biophysical Chemistry.

Duration: 2 year

Supervisor: Dr. Irep Gözen

Qualifications:

  • Applicant must have completed PhD degree in Biophysics, Biophysical Chemistry or Material Science
  • Applicant must have experience with biological samples/cell culturing; microfabrication procedures/clean room experience; working knowledge of image analysis (Matlab, Python or similar); practical knowledge of optics.
  • Applicant must be able to work independently, analyze and interpret the results
  • Applicants must demonstrate ability to write scientific manuscripts, first author papers from PhD studies (multiple is advantageous)
  • Applicant must have excellent interpersonal/communication skills
  • Applicant must possess advanced level proficiency in English (reading, writing and speaking)
