Duration: 14 months fixed-term contract; renewable up to 3 years; full-time

Study Area: Multilingualism in Education

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a PhD thesis in the thematic area “Multilingualism in Education”
  • Being member of the PhD school in Educational Sciences
  • Participate and support research activities in the field of multilingualism in education
  • Publish research results and present them at conferences, workshops, etc.
  • Possibility to teach up to 60 hours per year

Eligibility:

  • Applicant must hold Master’s Degree in the field of educational sciences (with focus on multilingual education) or applied linguistics
  • Applicant must have practical experience in the school context
  • Language skills: German, English, French; Luxembourgish is an asset
  • Applicant must be keen to integrate in an interdisciplinary and multilingual research team
