Physics Olympiad Program at IIBCSE – TIFR: Project Assistant: Homi Bhabha Centre lor Science Education (TIFR), Mumbai invites applicants for “Walk-in-Interview” for a
project assistant (PA) with good academic background and motivation to work in the field of  Physics Olympiad Program at IIBCSE.

The selected candidate will support the following activities:

  1.  Developing Physics based theoretical/experimental problems and educational materials at Higher
    Secondary1 School Level.
  2. Developing educational multimedia.
  3. Providing administrative assistance to workshops/programmes on science activities of the Centre.

PROJECT ASSISTANT – 1 Position

Qualification and  Experience

  • B.Sc. with Physics with at least 60% marks or equivalent grade
  • 1 year post qualification experience in relevant field_OR_M.Sc. in Physics with at least 60% marks or equivalent.
  • Computer knowledge is essential.

Type of Recruitment: The project position is purely temporary, for one year in the first instance and extendable by one or two more years.

Salary: A consolidated honorarium of Rs. 19,500/- (inclusive of HRA Rs. 2,200/-) will be paid.

Age: Below 28 years.

Note: Project Assistant will not be entitled for Institute provided accommodation.
