Principal Scientist / Chief Scientist (Solar Energy): SPRERI 1880 views

Sardar Patel Renewable Energy Research Institute (SPRERI) invites applications for the post of Principal Scientist / Chief Scientist (Solar Energy).

Minimum qualifications and experience:

  • Applicant must hold Post-graduate degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Thermal/Electrical/Renewable Energy or any related areas) with 8-10 years’ experience after M.Tech or
  • Applicant must hold PhD in Science (Physics/Renewable Energy or any related areas) with 5-7 years’ experience

Requirements:

  • SPRERI is seeking young researcher with proven experience in solar energy (solar thermal / solar photo-voltaics) with a significant contribution to R&D programmes as Principal Investigator and team leader with exemplary publications, excellent team work capacity and communication skills.
  • Selected candidate must be able to plan and manage research activities and guide young scientists, flexible with personal initiative and ability to innovate.

Salary: 6.0-8.4 lakhs p.a. (open foe negotiations based on expertise and experience)
