Scientific staff position: Economics and Law 777 views

University of Oldenburg invites applications for Scientific staff at the Department of Economics and Law Faculty II (Department of Business Administration) at the earliest opportunity.

Remunerations: 13 TV-L with 50% of the regular weekly working hours

Duration: till 30.09.2021

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Collaboration in teaching on the foundations of organization and human resource management (HRM), in particular with regard to the deepening of cultural-oriented organizational theories and social references in HRM
  • Supervision of additional theses of the above-mentioned subjects and implementation of the accompanying Bachelor’s Colloquium
  • Development, implementation and evaluation of an additional teaching module on “Qualitative research in economics”
  • Organizational and administrative tasks at the chair.

Requirements:

  • Applicant must hold doctoral degree with above-average grades and several years of experience in business management teaching and research with empirical parts.
  • Applicant must possess an independent approach and organization, teamwork and openness for new topics and projects as well as excellent written and verbal expression are desired.
