  5. dedicated and responsible;possess the knowledge, capability and accomplishment required by the respective post;

and meet either of the following requirements:

  • For Distinguished Researcher the applicant should be: lecturer, assistant professor or of equivalent or higher positions at domestic/overseas prestigious colleges/universities or research institutes.
  • For Distinguished Associate Researcher the applicant must be: excellent doctor or post-doctor at domestic/overseas prestigious colleges/universities or research institutes.
  • Applicants must be a PhD
  • The necessary language proficiency requirements of the host institution must be met by the applicants.

Nationality: Domestic and overseas applicants can apply for these fellowships.
