JRF ADVERTISEMENT Position is available to work with Bio-nanomaterials Group at IIT-Gandhinagar as a Junior Research Fellow. Selected candidate will be working a research project funded by the Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB), Department of Science & Technology, Govt. of India.
Project Title: “Multi-method approach to evaluate dissolution of engineered nanoparticles in a range of simulated environment for Nanosafety.” Name of the Post: Junior Research Fellow (JRF) Consolidated Monthly Pay: ₹ 25,000.00 + 20% HRA Duration: 1 year (extendable to another 2 years, based on performance)
Qualification and Experience: · Essential: Postgraduate degree in Materials, Biomedical or Nanosciences discipline. Good communication and writing skills · Desirable: Motivated students willing to perform experiments with a keen eye to data interpretation. Experience of working with analytical instruments is a bonus. Should be a team player and willing to work with a large team. Responsibilities: · Synthesis of nanoparticles · Experimental set up for measuring nanoparticle suspension stability and solubility · Compiling research results towards publications.
