General description
The Institute of Chemical Research of Catalonia (ICIQ) offers a PhD Fellowship in the framework of a Mobility Programme with the Henryk Niewodniczański Institute of Nuclear Physics of Polish Academy of Sciences. The aim is to support excellent students from all over the world to enroll in a training and research programme in the area of Chemistry ultimately leading to the completion of a Doctoral Thesis.
Project Title: Theoretical simulations for materials in energy applications
Key aspects of the programme are international perspective and mobility. Therefore, the fellowship programme offers international mobility research stays from six to twelve months at the The Henryk Niewodniczański Institute of Nuclear Physics of Polish Academy of Sciences (IFJ PAN) (group Prof. dr. Zbigniew Łodziana).
The programme is addressed to highly qualified and talented graduate students with an enthusiastic interest in chemical research. Motivated students will have the opportunity to join Prof. Nuria Lopez Group at ICIQ and will follow an individual research project under the supervision of an internationally renowned group leader in a creative and stimulating scientific environment.
Selected graduate students will be awarded a contract for full-time studies in order to achieve their doctoral degree.
