DTU Nanotech is a department at DTU, dedicated to conduct research, education and innovation within micro- and nanotechnology at the highest international level. At DTU Nanotech, we exploit sciences across the traditional boundaries of technology enabling innovative solutions for the benefit of society. The micro- and nanotechnology solutions are applied within the biomedical, life sciences, environment, energy, security, and sensing areas. To support the developments substantial efforts are focused on materials development, structuring, and characterisation. DTU Nanotech has approx. 230 staff members, and with 40 % international employees the department constitutes an international environment.

Job description
DTU Nanotech is looking for a candidate for a senior researcher position in the challenging field of “Nano-Metrology”. The research focus will be on development of advanced probe-based micro- and nanoscale metrology for thin film and 2-D materials with particular emphasis on electrical characterisation.

Qualifications

Candidates should have a PhD degree or equivalent as well as academic qualifications equivalent to those obtained by holding a position as Researcher or Postdoc.
