Applications are invited for Temporary Faculty Positions against the vacancy in the department of E & E Engineering and Mathematical & Computational Sciences, National Institute of Technology Karnataka, Surathkal.
NITK has a lush green 250 acre campus. Residential Campus is self sufficient in every aspect. Staff Quarters consists of more than 200 residences with both independent houses and flats. Residential campus is made up of Director’s quarters, Professors & Asst professors quarters, Lectures & Asst lectures quarters, Warden quarters, Bachelors quarters and Non-teaching staff colony.
Eligibility: Ph.D./M.Tech.degree holders with first class in respective discipline. Interested candidates can attend walk in interview along with original certificates as scheduled below:
Preliminary selection will be held in the respective Department on 08.01.2016 from 8.30 a.m. onwards.
Final selection will be held on the same day in the Board Room from 10.00 a.m onwards.
Fixed salary
a) ₹ 35,000/ p.m. for Ph.D Degree holders
b) ₹ 30,000/ p.m. for M.Tech. Degree holders
Reservation will be as per GOI rules
