ADVERTISEMENT FOR FILLING UP THE FOLLOWING POSTS OF:
(I) EXECUTIVE ENGINEER (CIVIL)
(II) EXECUTIVE ENGINEER (ELECTRICAL)
ON TRANSFER ON DEPUTATION BASIS IN THE NEWALL INDIA INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES (AIIMS) ESTABLISHED UNDER PRADHAN MANTRI SWASTHYA SURAKSHA YOJANA (PMSSY).
- The Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India has set up AIIMS at Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Jodhpur, Patna. Raipur and Rishikesh under Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojana as Institutes of National Importance. Application from eligible candidates are invited in the prescribed proforma for appointment on deputation basis for the following posts:
(a) Executive Engineer (Civil) at Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Jodhpur, Patna, Raipur and Rishikesh (One post each) in the PB-
3, Rs.15600-39100 with Grade Pay of Rs. 6600/-.
(b) Executive Engineer (Electrical) at Bhopal, Jodhpur, Patna, Raipur and Rishikesh (One post each) in the PB-3 Rs. 15600-39100 with Grade Pay of Rs. 6600/-.

Duly filled application along with attested copies of all relevant certificates are to be sent by the applicant to Under Secretary (PMSSY), Room No. 103 D Wing, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Nirman Bhawan, New Deihi-110108 superscribing on the envelope “Application for the post of Executive Engineer (Civil)ZExecutive Engineer (Electrical)” The closing date for receipt of application is 45 days from the date of publication of the Advertisement in the Employment News
III. Period of Deputation including period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the
same or some other organisation/department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed three years.
- Upper age limit: The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall not exceed 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of application.
V. Eligibility:-
Executive Engineers (Civil)
Officers under the Central Government/State Government/Statutory/Autonomous Bodies, Engineering Departments, possess-
ing the following educational qualifications and experience –
(i) Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent;
(ii) Holding analogous posts on regular basis or
Assistant Engineer (Civil) with 8 years of regular service in the grade from CPWD/similar officers from other Central/State
Engineering Departments or Civil Engineering Departments of Central/State Statutory/Autonomous Bodies and possessing 8 years
regular service in the grade. Executive Engineers (Electrical)
Officers under the Central Government/State Government/Statutory/Autonomous Bodies, Engineering Departments, possessing the following educational qualifications and experience:-
(i) Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent;
(ii) Holding analogous posts on regular basis or
Assistant Engineer (Electrical) with 8 years of regular service in the grade from CPWD/Similar officers from other Central/State Engineering Departments or Electrical Engineering Departments of Central/State Statutory/Autonomous Bodies and possessing 8 years regular service in the grade.
- The post carries usual allowances as admissible to Central Government Employees of similar status and other allowances
sanctioned in AIIMS, New Delhi.
VII. The qualification/eligibility prescribed is minimum requirement and the same does not automatically make candidates eligible for selection. Based on bio-data, the Selection Committee will short-list candidates who may be called for interview. The candidates have to produce all relevant original documents in proof of details furnished in their application at the time of Interview.
VIII. All applicants need to send their application through proper channel along with “No Objection Certificate” from their respective
organizations. While forwarding the application, the following documents should be sent along with their application by the authority
forwarding the application:
♦ Complete ACR dossiers/attested copies of ACRs of the applicant (last five years).
♦ A certificate about the Integrity of the Officer recommended for appointment on Deputation.
♦ Vigilacne clearance certificate in respect of applicant duly signed by an authorized officer.
♦ Major/Minor penalty imposed, if any, on the officer during the last 10 years/service period whichever is less.
- Interviews for selection to the post will be held at New Delhi. No TA/DAwill be paid to candidates called for appearing in interview by the Ministry of Health 8. Family Welfare.
