Teaching Positions at Silchar Campus:

  1. Professor- Bengali-1SC Chemistry-1 UR, Economics-1 UR. Mass
    Communication-1ST, Mathematics-1 SC.
  2. Associate Professor- Biotechnology-1 SC, Business Administration-
    1 ST, Mass Communication-1UR. Mathematics-1 ST. Philosophy-1SC(
    Sociology-1 UR, Statistics-1UR.

Teaching Positions at Diphu Campus:

  1. Professor- Geography-1 UR, History-1UR, Hindi-1 SC, Life Science-1UR,Political Science-1UR.

Pay Scale:

For the post of Professor: Rs. 37,400-67,000 with AGP of Rs. 10,000/- per month.
For Associate Professor: Rs. 37,400-67.000 with AGP of Rs. 9,000/- per month.

Eligibility criteria shall be in accordance with the UGC, Regulation, 2010, as amended from time to time & MHRD Guidelines.

Note-The medium of instruction in the University is English. This is a Rolling Advertisement. Hence, applicants can send their application throughout the year and depending upon the need of the University and availability of suitable candidates, interviews will be conducted periodically This being the Rolling Advertisement, applications received from the eligible candidates up to 22/07/2015 shall be considered for the first phase of interview.
