Qualification Required:

Professor:

1. An Ph.D. degree in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline
2. Published work of high quality,
3. Actively engaged in research with evidence of published work
4. Minimum of 10 publications as books and/or research/policy papers.
5. A min. of ten years of teaching experience in university/college, and/or experience in research at the University/National level institutions/industries,
6. Experience of guiding candidates for research at doctoral level.

Associate Professor:

1. Good academic record with a Ph.D. Degree in the concerned / allied/ relevant disciplines.
2. Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks
3. A min. of 8 years of experience of teaching and/or research in an academic / research position equivalent to that of Assistant Professor.
4. Published work and a minimum of five publications as books and/or research/policy papers.

Assistant Professor:

1. Good academic record with at least 55% marks at the Master’s Degree level
2. National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test
