MS -Ph.D. / Ph.D. positions are available with Prof. Jae-Young Pyun in WMCS Lab, Chosun University to work in Korea. Selected candidates will be involved in research works related to protocols and QoS control over wireless sensor networks (WSN), wireless body area network (WBAN), UWB, video transmission control, and so on.

Wireless and Mobile Communication System (WMCS) Lab. of Chosun University, Korea, conducts theoretical and experimental study of wireless networks and multimedia communication by integrating different kinds of communication technologies and network protocols, and evaluating their performances. Currently, emphasis is on protocols and QoS control over wireless sensor network (WSN), wireless body area network (WBAN), UWB, and video transmission control and so on.

Required Qualification

  1. English fluency (TOEFL PBT 580, CBT230, IBT 90, IELTS 7 or higher).
  2. Academic background: Degree in Electronics or Computer science engineering
  3. Grades/marks/score of 80% or higher from the previously attended institution

Research support (if the candidate is qualified for this scholarship programs)

  1. Full scholarship
  2. Dormitory accessibility in university.
  3. All research amenities such as computers, simulation tools, and experiment environment.
