The Dalai Lama Trust, Washington, is pleased to announce its 6th round of annual graduate scholarship grant for 2017.

No. of Grants awarded every year: 10-15.

Requirements:

  • Applicants must provide relevant official documents of enrollment or acceptance into the graduate degree program in a university in America, Europe or Australia (Whichever is applicable).
  • Applicants must also provide proof of Tibetan heritage.
  • Tibetan students who are residing in India or Nepal are encouraged to apply.
  • Applications will be only accept online.
  • Current awardees of the program are required to submit a separate renewal application for renew of their scholarships.

Deadline: All required documents should be submitted by April 22, 2016 (11:59 PM Eastern Time).

Important Notes:

  • Applications received after the due deadline will not be entertained.
  • Receipt of application will be acknowledged by email.
  • Selected candidates will be contacted for an interview via Skype or phone.
  • Recipients will be declared on 06th July 2016.
