Institute invites applications from Indian nationals for the following positions purely on temporary and contractual basis:
Post – 1 – Scientist ‘C
Required Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Ph.D. (awarded) in life sciences
- Consistent first class academic record above 60% and relevant research experience as evidenced from
thesis work carried out in a reputed scientific institution and/or publications. - Minimum three years of post-doctoral experience using human/mouse embryonic stem (ES) cells
and/or mouse/rat brain as model systems.
Post – 2 – Senior Research Fellow (SRF)
Required Minimum qualifications and Experience
- M.Sc. (awarded) in life sciences
- A consistent first class academic record above 60% and relevant research experience as evidenced from
thesis/dissertation work carried out in a reputed scientific institution and/or publications. - Minimum two years post M.Sc. experience.
- Must have qualified CSIR-JRF/NET or GATE examination.
Post – 3-Postdoctoral Fellow (RA)
Required Minimum qualifications
- Ph.D. (awarded) in life sciences
- Consistent first class academic record above 60% and relevant research experience as evidenced from
thesis work carried out in a reputed scientific institution and/or publications. - Ph.D. Degree should be awarded no earlier than July 2010.
Post – 4 – Postdoctoral Fellow (RA)
Required Minimum qualifications
- Ph.D. (awarded) in life sciences
- Consistent first class academic record above 60% and relevant research experience as evidenced from
thesis work carried out in a reputed scientific institution
and/or publications. - Ph.D. degree should be awarded no earlier than July 2015.
Post – 5-Project Assistant
Required Minimum qualifications and experience
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum 2 years experience in administration work in scientific environment, proficient in
editing and database programs such as Microsoft Excel and word processinq on computers and online.
