Required / Essential Qualification:

1. Ph. D in any field of Science/Engineering with proven knowledge of Intellectual Property
   Rights.

OR

1. M. Tech. / M.E /M. Sc. with Degree/ Diploma/Certificate Course in Intellectual Property
   Rights.

OR

3. B. Tech. / B.E. with Degree/ Diploma/ Certificate Course in Intellectual Property Rights and 1
   year of work experience in Industry
4. Age: Less than 40 years

Desirable conditions:

1. S&T policy research experience
2. Experience of preparing detailed document, report, etc.

1. Masters in Computer Science or IT with 1 year of work experience in Industry.

1. Hands on  Experience in Website management (Development,  Maintenance and Updation), Network Maintenance and Troubleshooting
2. Work Experience in Research and Development (R&D)
3. Hands on Experience in Flash/Multimedia/Photoshop Software,
4. Hands on Experience in Office Tools and Suites Conditions:
