Total Post 12: Scientist (UR02, OBC 04, SC 02, PWD 04), PL-11, Rs. 67700-208700, Total Emoluments For Chandigarh: Rs. 88,549/- For Chennai: Rs. 97,889/- Upper Age Limit not exceeding (as on last date of submission of online applications) 32 years
Nanoscience/Advanced Instrumentation Engineering/ Solid State Physics/ Metallurgy) or equivalent OR Ph.D (Engg./Science) thesis submitted in any of above the areas.
M.E./M.Tech. (Computer Science & Engineering/ Electrical /Advanced Instrumentation/Instrumentation/ Microelectronics/Material Science Electronics & Communication Engineering/Electrical & Electronics Engineering/ Mechatronics/ Embedded Systems/Advanced Electronic Systems) or equivalent with 03 years’ experience. or
Ph.D. (Engg.) in any of above areas or Ph.D. (Science) in Physics/Applied Physics / in any of above areas with two years of experience
