Post graduate degree in any one of the following:
Water Resources /Physics/ Chemistry/ Hydrology/ Earth Sciences/ Biosciences/ Biotechnology/ Nanotechnology/Environmental Sciences/ Meteorology/ Instrumentation/ Forestry/Remote Sensing & GIS (with UG degree in Engg. /Science)
OR
B. Tech/ B.E. degree or equivalent in any one of the following:
Electrical/Electronics/ Instrumentation/ Computer Engg./ Biotechnology/ Agricultural Engg./ Civil.
