The School of Chemistry and Biochemistry encourages all applicants to use this online preapplication for consideration of admission. Typically, a sponsor provides funding to support the research activity of the team’s members. Research centers often engage PIs (principle investigators), and their associated groups of students and postdoctoral scholars, from multiple school’s at Georgia Tech, other universities, and government laboratories. PIs (faculty members) from the School of Chemistry and Biochemistry are active in many different research centers, several of which are based within our school.
