Postdoctoral position in Climate Physics, Niels Bohr Institute, Faculty of Science, University of Copenhagen: The Center for Ice and Climate at the Niels Bohr Institute, University of Copenhagen, has an open 3 years postdoctoral position as part of the EU/ERC Ice2Ice grant.

General information: The goal is to use Greenland ice-core data and North Atlantic sediment core data to evaluate various GCM based scenarios for Dansgaard-Oeschger events.  It is necessary for applicants to demonstrate experience in analyzing ice-core and ocean sediment-core records as well as analyzing Earth System Models. The successful candidate will also supervise PhD, Masters and Bachelors students.
