RECRUITMENT OF SCIENTIST ‘F’ THROUGH LATERAL INDUCTION FOR CENTRE FOR AIR BORNE SYSTEMS (CABS), BENGALURU
Position 1:
Subject/Discipline: Electrical Engg./Electronics & Communication, Engg-/IT Engg./Computer Sc & Engg.
Qualification:
Essential:
- At least First Class Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Technology in Electrical Engg/ Electronics & Communication Engg / IT Engg. / Computer Sc & Engg from a recognized university or equivalent
- 13 years practical experience in research or design or development or production including at least five years in
integration of Airborne & Ground Communication & COMMINT Systems. - Weightage for higher qualification to be equated as research experience for lateral recruitment as under:-
Post Graduate Degree in Engineering – Two years - Doctorate Degree in Engineering – Four years
Desirable:
- ME/MTech in subject concerned.
- Knowledge of German, French, Russian, Japanese or Chinese.
Position 2:
Subject/Discipline: Electrical Engg./Electronics & Communication Engg./ Instrumentation, Engg/ IT Engg.
Qualification:
Essential:
- At least First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in Electrical Engg / Electronics & Communication Engg / Instrumentation Engg / IT Engg. from a recognized university or equivalent.
- 13 years experience in research or design or development or production including at least five years in Flight Testing of Electronic Systems (Radar & Communication) on aircraft.
- Weightage for higher qualification to be equated as research experience for lateral recruitment as under:-
Post Graduate Degree in Engineering – Two years - Doctorate Degree in Engineering – Four years
Desirable:
- ME/MTech in subject concerned.
- Knowledge of German, French, Russian, Japanese or Chinese.
