National Institute of Immunology (NII) invites applications for the position of Junior Research Fellow (Project) Research Associate & Senior Research Fellow (Project) for the following time-bound sponsored project as per the details given below:

Research Associate & Senior Research Fellow (Project)

Number of positions: One Position each

Project title: Cytokines and growth factors mediated migration and invasion of trophoblastic cells under normal & hypoxic conditions: Deciphering the relevance of cell signaling and miRNA’s. The project is funded by DBT which is tenable till 15.01.2020

Qualifications:

Research Associate:

• PhD in Life Sciences

Senior Research Fellow (Project):

• M.Sc in Life Sciences with two years of research experience after M.Sc or M.V.Sc/M.Tech/M.B.B.S.
• The candidates should also have qualified any ‘National Level Examination’ (NET), as per DST guidelines Emoluments:

Salary:

• RA: Rs. 36,000/- per month plus 30% HRA
• SRF (Project): Rs. 28,000/- per month plus 30% HRA

Junior Research Fellow (Project)

Number of Positions: 01 position

The position is under J. C. Bose Fellowship and funded by SERB

Supervisor: Dr. Satish Kumar Gupta Emeritus Scientist; skgupta@nii.ac.in

Qualifications:

• M.Sc in Life Sciences.
• The Candidate should have qualified any ‘National Level Examination’ (NET), as per DST Guidelines.

Emoluments:

• 25,000/- per month plus 30% HRA
