About the Project:
- The current project, ‘A microbial principle (s) for Modifying gut microbiota, reversing inflammation and metabolic syndrome’ is funded by the Norwegian Research Council and discusses how a special environmental bacteria can affect bowel health, metabolism and development of various lifestyle diseases.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- cell biology expertise
- experience in cell culture
- laboratory handling
- immunological and molecular biological analysis techniques
Requirements:
- applicant must possess experience and expertise in advanced cell culture techniques; Immunological techniques immunoassays, flow cytometry and immunohistochemistry
- applicant must demonstrate expertise in most molecular biological techniques; Microscopy Techniques; Laboratory Animal Handling
- applicant must master Norwegian oral and written
Salary: The position placed in the position code 1108 Researcher (lr 25 ltr 47-71), or stillingskode 1109 Researcher (lr 24 ltr. 57-77), depending on qualifications.
