The objective ol the project is to undertake research on understanding the inkages between agriculture nutrition and heath in Irdia. Research proposals are invited under Ins broad theme. The proposal may address knowledge gaps invoking crop production and its consumptor at household level diversrlbation of agrojlture towards h gh value agriculture and its inpacl impact of agriculture on natural resources and health, empowerment of women in agriculture and its impact on chid care and nutrition, specific agricultural programme and lis impact on nuBition, access to agncultural Input and output maniets and its impac on nutrition, etc.
Eligibility: CaiOdales snoukl have a PhD n the appropriate dsdpfire (Agncutlure. Demography. Economics. Nutrition, Home Science, or Health). Applcants who have submfled their PtiD lor review ard not yet been awarded Iheii uegree can also apply.
Fellowship: The Duration of We felowship will be tor a period oi i year with the posstMity of oxtenson of another 6 months. The (Glows will he pa« a consctiDated sum ol Rs 75000 per month.
