The Department of Computing and Communications at Faculty of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) invites applications for a full-time PhD studentship starting in October 2018 or January 2019 under the supervision of Professor Andrea Zisman and Dr Amel Bennaceur. The available scholarship is in the topic of adaptive IoT based software for food security.

- Design and Software Engineering and Technology Education
Duration: full-time, 3 years
Requirements:
- Applicant must be highly motivated, have a good honors degree at a minimum of 2:1 or equivalent in Computer Science or related subject, with excellent programming skills.
- Ideal candidate will have prior experience of academic research, possibly at Master’s level or beyond.
