The ETH Zurich Bioprocess Laboratory is looking for highly motivated Postdocs OR Experienced Graduates of a Technical College with experience in at least one of the fields of Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology.
About the position:
- The lab is committed to the design, optimization, and application of microbial whole-cell biocatalysts.
- The successful candidates will become part of a team closely collaborating with industrial partners. Our future employees will hence be involved in R&D touching on most aspects of industrial biocatalysis on its way “from gene to product”.
Requirements:
- Applicant must have achievements in at least on the fields of: Molecular biology; Biochemistry; Microbiology are mandatory.
- Achievements in the fields of: Hydroxylases (especially with CYP450 monooxygenases; E.C. 1.14.13.X); Fermentation are considered a big plus.
