DDDP (Double Degree Doctoral Program) in Biomedical Engineering
DDDP (Double Degree Doctoral Program) in Biomedical Engineering at Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology of Thailand and Chiba University of Japan is invites applications for Joint Double Degree Doctoral Program. These are open to both Thai and international students to spend two years with SIIT and two years in Japan.
The DDDP combines with EFS/ETS for doctoral students with outstanding academic records. It offers 100% education and tuition fees, thesis support, living allowance, airfare, health insurance and other benefits. The program is expected to obtain additional financial support from Thailand government agencies.

Eligibility:
- Age: no bar
- Nationality: Open for Thai as well as international students
- Entrance Requirement: Exceptional academic records, top university in the respective country.
- Applicant must hold master’s degree in relevant subject.
- English Language Requirement: TOEFL/IELTS scores must be submitted.
Application Procedure:
- Complete application online and upload the following required documents
- At least one page of a statement of purpose
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) or Resume
- Copy of official bachelor’s degree (at least GPA 2.75), transcript for master’s degree application
- Copy of official master’s degree (at least GPA 3.50) transcript for PhD degree application
- Copy of one of the following certificates of English proficiency: TOEFL (PBT 400+) OR (CBT 97+) OR (+IBT 32+) OR IELTS 4.5+, or TU-GET 400+, or TOEIC 500+
- Two letters of recommendation
- A recent photograph
- Copy of citizens ID card/passport
- Research paper, publication or certificate (if any)
