The proEVLifeCycle ESR projects are funded by the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie grant. The prostate cancer Extracellular Vesicle LifeCycle (proEVLifeCycle) network is an innovative, multidisciplinary research and training program focused on extracellular vesicles in prostate cancer. Applicatins are open to 10 early stage researchers to join in achieving these objectives through a PhD research project.
Available PhD research projects:
ESR1: Manipulating EV uptake and production for therapeutic intervention of prostate cancer progression
ESR2: Characterizing EV sub-population manufacture/secretion by prostate cancer cells, to identify vesicle subpopulation(s) that are functionally relevant for disease propagation and relevant as biomarkers
ESR3: EV glycosylations as therapeutic and diagnostic targets of prostate cancer
ESR4: Exosome transport and uptake across biological barriers
ESR5: EVs as surrogated biomarkers of prostate cancer metabolism
ESR6: Tracking endogenous prostate cancer-derived EVs in vivo
ESR7: EV dissemination in the lymphatic system and pre-metastatic niche formation
ESR8: Coding and non-coding RNA in prostate cancer-derived EVs
ESR9: Network-based computational methods for EV datasets analysis
ESR10: EVs as drug delivery system
