Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) invites applications for 2 PhD positions available at the Department of Chemical Engineering. The positions will have special responsibility within the field of Biochemical Engineering and are financed by the department.

Duration: 3 years; 1-year extension possible with 25% teaching duties

Qualifications:
  • Applicant must hold an MSc (or equivalent) in Chemical or Biochemical Engineering.
  • Applicant must be creative, with a strong ability to solve work problem.
  • Applicant must also enjoy interdisciplinary research and take keen interest in learning and working in teams.
  • Applicant must possess fluency in the English language (spoken and written). Applicants from non-English-speaking countries outside Europe must document English skills by an approved test (TOEFL, IELTS and Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) or Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE).
