- Pay Scale Rs. 37400-67000/- ( PB-4) plus Rs. 10000(Academic Grade Pay)

Age limit:
- Not more than 50 years as on normal closing date.
- Relaxable for regularly appointed Central/U.T. Government Servant upto 5 years as per instructions/orders issued by Govt. of India from time to time.
Qualifications:
Educational
- Applicant must hold Bachelor of Engineer/Bachelor of Technology and Master of Engineer/Master of Technology in Electronics Communication Engineering with Ist Class or equivalent either in Bachelor of Engineer/ Bachelor of Technology or Master of Engineer/Master of Technology and PhD or equivalent in appropriate discipline.
Experience:
- Applicant must have at least 10 years teaching/research/industrial experience out of which at least 5 years should be at the level of Associate Professor Or
- Minimum of 13 years’ experience in teaching and/or Research and/or Industry.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Post doctorate publications and guiding PhD Student.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Teaching, research/consultancy projects guidance to UG, PG and research students.
- Review academic performance, to develop and upgrade Laboratories, represent institute in technical meets.
- Perform work related to the affiliating University and to assist the principal in academic and co-curricular activities related to growth of the Institute and other allied duties.
Probation: 01 year
Other Details: General Central Service, Group ‘A’, Gazetted, (Non-Ministerial).
Posts are temporary but likely to continue for indefinite period.
