The Informatics Institute at the University of Amsterdam (UvA) invites applications for five PhD candidates in Artificial Intelligence for Retail. The positions are part of AIRLab, the Artificial Intelligence for Retail Lab, a joint research lab between Ahold Delhaize and the Innovation Center for Artificial Intelligence.

  5. High Precision Intent Matching through Federated Search

Requirements:

  • Applicant must hold M.Sc. degree in Computer Science or Artificial Intelligence.
  • Applicant must have a demonstrable background in machine learning and ideally deep learning and mathematical background must be strong and excellent software engineering skills, English language skills, social skills, and team spirit.
