  2. The eligible and interested persons are required to submit on-line applications at University website www.bbau.ac.in. The last date for applying online is 21/09/2016 (05:00 P.M.).
  3. Online Non Refundable Application Fee is Rs 1500/- (Rs. 750/- for SC/ST/PH Applicants).
  4. Applicants are required to send Hard copy of the duly filled online application form along with proof of payment of fees and other relevant documents in support of qualification, experience, etc. to Registrar, BBAU on the below mentioned address, failing which their candidature will not be considered. The last date of receiving hard copy is 26/09/2016 (05.00 PM).

Applicants are required to send Hard copy of the duly filled online application form along with proof of payment of fees and other relevant documents in support of qualification, experience, etc. to Registrar, BBAU within the prescribed date failing which their candidature will not be considered.

Applicants already working in Central University / State University / Deemed University / Government Department / PSU / Autonomous bodies, etc. must send hard copy of the online application form along with all relevant documents through proper channel also.

Applications received without the requisite documents and after the prescribed date will not be entertained. Incomplete, unsigned applications and those not accompanied with copies of certificates and application fee will be summarily rejected.

Applicants applying for the post of Professor and Associate Professor are required to send their application in the prescribed application form, including the Academic Performance Indicators (API) based on Performance Based Appraisal System along with supporting documents duly signed and filled in all respects, 9 failing which their candidature shall be out rightly rejected as the same is mandatory as per UGC’s Regulation, 2016.

Qualifications/Experiences / Age, etc. as on last date of submission of applications will only be taken into considerations. 20. Higher pay may be considered for deserving / meritorious Applicants.

SC/ST Applicants called for interview will be paid sleeper class TA by train or bus fare through shortest routes as per UGC rules. 22. Those already in Govt. service should produce NOC at the time of interview if their application has not been forwarded through proper channel.

In case of the post to be filled through deputation, ACRs/APARs for last 5 years duly attested and Integrity certificate be sent in confidential cover addressed to the Registrar by the concerned Employer, failing which the candidature, may not be considered.

In case of any inadvertent mistake in the process of selection, which may be detected at any stage even after issue of the appointment letter, the University reserves the right to modify/withdraw/cancel any communication made to the Applicants.

After joining the service of the University, the candidate will have to abide by the Rules, Regulations and Ordinances of the University applicable from time to time. He / she may be assigned any duty within the jurisdiction of the University or outside depending upon the exigency of the work.
