1	Professor:	Ph.D. with first class in Master’s or B.Tech Degree in the appropriate branch or equivalent Very good academic record throughout and Min. of 10 years’ experience out of which at least 05 years at the level of Associate Professor or equivalent grade in a University/College/Accredited Research Institution/Industry A minimum of ten publications as books and/or research/policy paper.
2	Associate Professor:	Ph.D. with first class in Master’s or BTech Degree in the appropriate branch or equivalent A very good academic record throughout 8 years of experience of teaching and/or research Minimum of 5 publications as books and/or research/policy paper.
3	Assistant Professor	Master’s with Ist class or equivalent or B.Tech first class Ph.D. in the appropriate branch A very good academic record throughout. For Science and Humanities Group, NET/SLET/SET shall remain the minimum eligibility condition.
