The Administrative Student Programme is intended at undergraduate students specializing in administration.

Duration: 2 to 12 months during the course of their studies (Bachelor or Master); can be extended up to a max. 14 months.

Eligibility:

  • Applicant must be citizen of a CERN Member State and studying in a Member State.
  • Cypriots, Pakistani, Serbian and Turkish nationals are also eligible to apply.
  • Students from Non-Member States are able to apply only if they have been residing in a Member State for the last 5 years and are enrolled in a Member State educational establishment.
  • Applicant must have completed at least 18 months of UG studies.
  • Applicant must have a good knowledge of English OR French.

Value:

  • 3283 CHF/month
  • Travel allowance
  • Contract of association from 2 – 12 months

  • Once the application form has been submitted, applicant will receive an acknowledgement e-mail which contains a link to the CERN “Report on candidate” form.
  • Applicant must forward this link to at least one referee (Professor or supervisor from a previous internship).
  • Applicant shall upload their most recent academic grade transcript
