About the position: Selected candidates will conduct research topic in following areas including the analysis of energy and power systems, electricity market design and operation, integration of other emerging technologies, optimization of renewable energy integration, and interdependencies between transportation, power grid, and water systems

Educational qualifications: Interested and eligible candidates must have PhD degree in Engineering or Science with Knowledge of mathematical optimization methods and Comprehensive skills in developing innovative algorithms, methodologies, and tools to model and simulate energy and power systems or their components. Candidates must have Knowledge and experience developing and using statistics tools with Knowledge of data analytics, power systems operations and market design, issues surrounding the integration of variable renewables, and environmental issues.
