East-West Center-Graduate Degree Fellowship at the University of Hawaii Scholarship | Fully Funded

The University of Hawaii will cover all the charges of the international students and US citizens. No application fee is charged by ADB because this is a fully funded scholarship.

Financial Coverage of University of Hawaii Scholarship

This scholarship will cover the following expenses:

  1. The university will cover complete tuition fees for master’s and doctoral studies.
  2. First-time airfare from the student’s home country will be given.
  3. The Scholarship achievers will be given a stipend to cover food charges and incidental expenses.
  4. Students will be given medical and health insurance.
  5. Stipend for books, material, and other academic supplies will be given to students.
  6. For students who will do research work, a stipend for the thesis will be given.

Conditions for Eligibility:

  1. Must have a bachelor’s degree with the best academic records.
  2. Must have two years of professional experience at the time of application.
  3. The Candidate must be fluent in the English Language.
  4. Must be in good health.
  5. Must be under the age of 35 years or in some senior programs under 45 years of age.
  6. The candidate must agree to return to home country after completion of studies.
