University of Edinburgh offers PhD studentships in Law for academic year 2017-2018 funded by both Edinburgh Law School and the generous legacy of Edinburgh Law School alumnus Ewan Cameron
Value:
- Covers UK/EU rate of fee
- annual stipend: £10,000
Duration: 3 years (subject to satisfactory academic progress).
Eligibility:
- Studentship is open to applicants who have applied to study a full-time PhD in Law commencing in 2017-2018.
- Applicants are expected to accept the offer at the time when the results of the application process are announced.
- Students who already have an offer of financial sponsorship from elsewhere will not eligible.
- Applicants of any nationality are eligible to apply.
Selection Criteria:
- Selection is based on academic merit
- Applicants must have the minimum equivalent of a 2:1 degree at undergraduate level.
- Applicant’s good result in a consequent and relevant Master’s degree will also be expected.
