Enterprise Award for Postgraduate International Students

This award is chosen by Director of Enterprise and Innovation. Enterprise Award will be given to 2 aspirational international students who can show entrepreneurial flair during their Bachelor’s study or in their own time. Maximum funds of £5,000 per student are available in this category. Payments will be £4,000 towards tuition fees, with a further £1,000 being awarded to students who go on to achieve a distinction.

Eligibility:

• Applicants must be an overseas fee paying student
• Applicant must be a self-funded student
• Applicant must have been offered admission at one of Coventry University’s full-time postgraduate courses
• Applicant must hold at least a 2:1 or equivalent.
• Complete a scholarship application form including a statement of support which should not exceed 500 words.
• Statement of support must state concisely the entrepreneurial flair that has been demonstrated by applicant prior to study.
• After being shortlisted interview will be conducted through telephone or Skype.

Criteria

• Scholarships will be granted to the 4 most ambitious students who are able to establish true entrepreneurial flair prior to coming to Coventry University as well as their enterprise aspirations for the future.

• Applicants wishing to apply for a scholarship must complete a scholarship application form.
• Only applications received before last date will be considered and the Director of Enterprise and Innovation’s decision is final.
