HBCSE: Project Assistant Position, India 823 views

Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education (HBCSE) – TIFR, Mumbai invites applications for Walk-in-Interview for the project temporary position in the Design and Technology Education Project to work in the HBCSE.

Job Description: The job in the project involves communicating with teachers/students, organizing workshops, developing activities related to design and technology for school students & teachers and literature review and report writing.

PROJECT ASSISTANT (PA): 1 position

• Applicant must have B.Sc./B.A. with at least 60% marks or equivalent grade and one year post qualification experience in relevant field, such as teaching or designing. OR
• Sc./M.A./B.E./B.Tech with at least 60% marks or equivalent grade.
• Desirable: Good communication and Computer skills.

The project position is completely temporary, for 1 year at first and extendable by one or two more years based on the performance of the candidate.

Salary: Rs. 19,500/- with HRA Rs. 2,200/-

Age: not more than 28 years.

Note: Project Assistant will not be entitled for Institute provided accommodation.

• True copies of relevant certificates with original certificates for verification and testimonials.

• Applicants in Govt. / Semi-Government / Public Sector undertakings /Autonomous body must submit
• NOC from their Reporting Officer.
• Outstation candidates belonging to SC/ST are entitled for Ordinary/Mail/Express second class return railway fare by shortest route only on production of railway ticket. This concession is not applicable to those SC/ST candidates who are already in Central/State Govt. service.
