ICFRE: Scientists and Research officers 2044 views

Indian Council of Forestry Research and Education (ICFRE) is an autonomous body of the Ministry of Environment., Forests & Climate Change under the  Gov. of India.

Applications are invited from Indian Nationals for the positions reserved for Physically Handicapped (Orthopedic Handicapped) fulfilling the prescribed qualifications for appointment to the under mentioned post:

A. Scientist-B (02 Post):

Salary: Pay scale of PB-3:-Rs.15,600-39,100 with Grade Pay Rs.5,400/- p.m.+ allowances

Essential Qualifications: Ist Class M.Sc. degree in Chemistry in Organic Chemistry.

Desirable Qualification: Ph.D. degree in Organic Chemistry.

Post Code 2 : SBIT (Information Technology):

Essential Qualification: Ist Class B.E./B. Tech. degree in Computer Science OR First Class in Master of Computer Applications or equivalent

Desirable Qualification: (i) Ph.D. degree in Computer Science/Computer Application/Information Technology, (ii) M.Tech degree in Computer Science/Computer Application/Information

B. Research Officer Grade-I (01 post):

Salary: Scale of PB-2: Rs.9,300-34,800 with Grade Pay Rs.4,600/- p.m. + allowances.

Essential Qualification: M.Sc. degree in Agriculture from Soil Science or a M.Sc. degree in Soil Science/Soil Science and Agricultural Chemistry/Soil Microbiology or M.Sc. degree in Forestry from a Soil Science.

Desirable: 3 years research/practical experience in the subject concerned.

Age Limit: 40 years (as on 30.09.2016).

Place of Posting: The persons selected against the posts in the above disciplines will be posted at any of the Institutes/Centres of the Council at Dehradun,
Jabalpur, Jorhat, Chhindwara, Coimbatore, Jodhpur, Bangalore, Shimla, Ranchi, Hyderabad, Allahabad, and Aizwal.
