Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Bhopal (IISER): Call for Faculty Positions (Rolling advertisement)

The IISER Bhopal is an Institute of national importance, under the Ministry of HRD, Government of India for development of science education and research in thrust areas. The Institute invites applications from interested candidates for the positions of Assistant and Associate Professor in the following departments:

  1. Department of Biological Sciences,
  2. Chemistry,
  3. Earth and Environmental Sciences,
  4. Engineering Sciences (Computer Sciences, Electrical Engineering, and Chemical Engineering),
  5. Humanities and Social Sciences (Economics, English, and Psychology)
  6. Mathematics.
  7. Physics.

Requirements for the positions:

  1. Assistant Professor
  • Ph.D. with a Ist class
  • Good academic record throughout.
  • Min. 3 years of postdoc experience.
  1. Associate Professor
  • Ph.D. with a Ist class
  • very good academic
  • Minimum 6 years of teaching/research experience (at least 3 years
    should be at the level of Ass. Professor).
