IISER: Research Associate (RA); Indo-Danish Collaboratory Project 1380 views

Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) Pune is a foremost autonomous Institution established by the Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India, for advancement of high quality science education and research in the country. Applications are invited from Indian nationals for the positions of Research Associate (RA) on contract basis. The project is funded by Indo-Danish Collaboratory Project through Dept. of Biotechnology (DBT), Govt. of India.

Title of the Project: DISC-B Denmark-India in vivo screen for cancer biomarkers

Project Code: 30813139

Duration: Initially for a period of 01 (one) year, can be extended for 02 (two) years subject to satisfactory performance of the incumbent and continuation of the study project.

Stipend: Starting fellowship from Rs. 36,000/month with 30% HRA based on academic record and work experience (Consolidated).

Qualifications required:

  • Applicant must be Indian national.
  • Applicant must hold Ph.D. in Life Sciences or allied Sciences or equivalent degree with excellent academic grades.
  • Applicant must have research experience in the area of Drosophila genetics.
  • Applicants having the necessary experience and research publications will be preferred.
  • Age: under 35 years as on closing date of advertisement.
